Our first Holiday Hit was such a hit we're going to do it again! Come celebrate with your women's squash community, all while supporting a great cause. Players and friends from all levels are invited to the: 2023 Holiday Hit in support of the Daily Bread Food Bank! A fun, semi-competitive format with 6 courts that is sure to keep you hopping. Apres squash, mix n' mingle with friends new and old as you kick back with refreshments at the Mayfair Bistro.

- Four, one-hour group lessons. Basic strokes - forehand, backhand, serve, return of serve - as well as how to play the game.

Urban Squash Toronto
Looking to give back?
UST is a not-for-profit registered charity. It provides programming seven days a week for students in grades 6-12 in the Jane- Finch corridor of Toronto. Operating out of Downsview (formerly National Squash Academy), the program has 4 squash courts, a classroom, library, full time teacher, tutors, and of course squash instruction and opportunities. Students are also provided with meals and snacks. The program revolves around building character through mentorship/scholarship and empowering students to achieve their personal goals.
